Who I am
Hello, my name is Anthony Tran-Son-Tay. I am a Full Stack developer in training based in Denver. My interest lie in working in the web devolpment field and meeting folks in the industry to help build my skills in full stack development
What I do
A back-end developer using Google Firebase, MySQL, and MongoDB. I am expirenced in front end work too! Feel free to scroll down and see my work.
Background
- Coding:HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, MySQL, MongoDB, React.js, Google Firebase, and Express.
- Education: I have a bachelor's degree in Criminology and Law and a master's in International Business. I learned coding out of curiousity and honed my skills at the DU bootcamp
- Hobbies:I love climbing, hiking, snowboarding, and reading everything from comics to novels.
- Languages:I speak and write English and French!
My tools
HTML5
HTML is the foundation of a good website. I make use of HTML semantics to improve screen-reader accessibility.
CSS3
CSS is the template for a good looking website. I use Bootstrap, as the starting point for my designs and take it from there with custom modifications.
JavaScript
JS is a language that I've built my knowlge off of and what I am most proficent in. I use React.js and Node.js as tools to improve my work.
